SIEVELESS TWIN ROTORS PARTICLE MILL

1) STPM Mills are equipped with graded rotors in their upper parts. The size of the finished products can be chosen by adjusting the speed of the graded rotors, obtaining products of different sizes. Meanwhile, changes in the air flow pressure and volume of the matching blower can also play a supporting regulatory role. It’s extremely easy and convenient to use the machine.

2) STPM Mills are invested with two patents of our company. The hammer blades on the horizontally arranged double rotors are cross-staggered. Once the relative speed of the hammer blades on the double rotors in the crossing area is doubled, the milling efficiency will be greatly improved. Owing to the unique structure of the milling chamber, material rings are very unlikely to be formed during the working process. The relative speed of the hammer blades and the materials is always at the maximum, therefore improving the milling efficiency by 10-40%, compared with other ordinary mill, and obviously conserving the energy.  

3) With the double rotor structure and continuous mutual vibration damping effect (machine vibration), the whole machine runs more smoothly with low noise.

4) The sieveless structure enables the machine more adaptable to materials containing water and high fat, not needing to worry about blocking the sieves. Consumption without sieves greatly reduces the running costs.

5) The two main motors’ load can be adjusted just by frequency feeding motor, maximizing the performance of the machine.
